Joel Wade Perry was born in Chelsea, Massachusetts at the United States Naval Hospital, Chelsea. He graduated from High School in Virginia Beach, Virginia and has been a resident in the Tidewater Area for many years. He now lives on the outer banks in Killdevil Hills, North Carolina with his wife Carol Hafey Perry, who works in real estate. Joel is an experienced carpenter. He also has considerable computer expertise and works on a variety of computer projects with others. Next to Carol, he is Bailey the dog's favourite human.
